Product information:
This machine is mainly composed of a mold opening and closing mechanism, a tire loader, a pressurization mechanism, a hot plate press cavity, a central mechanism, a flexible mold drive device, a tire unloader, a tire unloading surge conveyor, an electronic control device, a hydraulic power station and oil pressure pipeline system, and a vulcanization pipeline system. It can meet the steam and superheated water vulcanization processes for two half molds and segmented molds. Suitable for vulcanization of all steel radial tires or semi steel diagonal tires.
Characteristic:
1. Adopting a pull rod locking mold, multiple pull rods are symmetrically arranged, and the clamping force is evenly distributed.
2. The pull rod is divided into upper and lower parts, and the main load-bearing components have undergone FEA analysis and million force tests.
3. The guidance system is separated from the pressurization system and does not bear the locking force, ensuring that the equipment accuracy is maintained for a long time.
4. The lower mold is fixed in place to ensure long-term accuracy of the equipment.
5. The equipment is designed to be open, easy to access and maintain.
6. It can adapt with or without a pit.
