Characteristics: concise and efficient
This machine is mainly composed of a frame, a hot plate press cavity, a B-type central mechanism, an electronic control device, a hydraulic power station, an oil pressure pipeline system, and a vulcanization pipeline system. It can meet the steam and superheated water vulcanization process for two half molds, mainly used for curing of ordinary diagonal tire.

● The same oil cylinder is used for opening and closing the mold and applying pressure, reducing the number of oil cylinders and lowering maintenance costs.
