"Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire." In December, Act Asia hosted the “Ningxia Life Care Education Summer Camp Results Presentation and Social Responsibility Role Model Recognition” event in Xiamen.

As the core sponsor of the summer camp, ARP Technologies was recognized as a “2025 Philanthropy Pioneer Enterprise” for its dedicated support and practical contributions to life care education. Chairman David Chen was invited to attend in person, joining representatives from nonprofit organizations, educators, and industry peers to collectively witness the achievements and discuss social responsibility.

Through precise and systematic educational programs, Act Asia conveys the concept of interdependence to children, consumers, and professionals, emphasizing that human development relies on the companionship of animals and the nourishment of the environment. Life Care Education, launched in 2011, is a forward-looking social prevention initiative. In today’s society, adolescents face academic pressure and social challenges, with mental health increasingly in focus. Life Care Education enhances psychological well-being at its roots by systematically developing social-emotional skills. The program emphasizes three core dimensions—empathy, responsibility, and critical thinking—through role-playing, hands-on experiences, and interactive learning, helping young people internalize respect for others, care for animals, and environmental stewardship. This approach not only nurtures core values but also effectively prevents issues such as bullying, animal abuse, and environmental damage, creating a protective foundation for youth development.

By September 2025, the Life Care Education primary school curriculum had reached multiple provinces across China, benefiting over 145,000 children and providing systematic training for more than 12,500 teachers and volunteer instructors. The program has earned consecutive UN recognitions: Best Practice in Sustainable Development Goals (2021), Best Practice at the Education Transformation Summit (2022), and a model case in the UN SDG Network Forum (2023), demonstrating its professional and societal impact on the international stage.
